Next rules describe the order of creation and payment:
- When you order a design, 50% of payment should be paid as advance. Residuary 50% of sum should be paid before receiving of the finished work.
- If sum of an order exceed $1000, payment should be paid before the beginning of work.
- AdultCreate own a given design till the moment of receiving of entire payment. Using of design samples without payment is prohibited and considered as a breach of these rules. After receiving of payment, we transfer you a right to use the design. Also, you get all original files (PSD and others), so, you can make any changes by yourself if it's necessary.
- You should be over the age of 18 or another age that allows attaining majority in your country.
- We don't account for following placement and using of the finished design. All works are created in accurate compliance with an initial agreement - you get what you order. For separate pay we can set the design on your site, or, if you have no site yet, we can create and place it.
- The content (texts, photos) should be given by a client. Models should be over the age of 18 (that is permitted by legislation).
- During the design creation, a client gets samples in real size for approval. Work is considered as finished when a client approves the final variant. The client has a right to propose corrections and precise definition to the design.
Changing of a whole design conception for several times is prohibited. It means, if you have ordered the design and after want to change a conception, we can't help you. Please, be rational.
When the work is finished and handed to the client, he/she could ask for design modification for the separate payment. It is clear that all mistakes and defects would be corrected if it's necessary.
Work begins only from the moment when a client confirms the requirements specification and after discussion.
The deadline depends on complexity and dimension, and amounts to 2-15 days.
- If a client wants to cancel the order that is more than 50% ready, we keep a right to deduct a pay for a
done work in accordance with an expended time. If a work isn't begun, we turn your money back immediately.
